Most people who should write a book never will, because writing and speaking are different skills and the people with the most worth saying are the busiest. Transchribe works the other way round. You talk, which you are already good at, and we handle the part you have no interest in becoming good at.
Two ways in
From what you have already said, or from what we ask you.
Sermons, lectures, podcasts, webinars, workshops, conference talks, voice notes. If you have been teaching for years, there is usually a book in the recordings that nobody has assembled. We find the argument inside it and build from there.
Suits pastors, lecturers, trainers and regular speakers with a body of material sitting unused.
No archive, or the archive does not cover what the book needs? We interview you instead. Recorded sessions, structured around the book we have agreed to build, asking the questions that draw out what you know but have never had to explain in order.
Suits consultants, professionals and business owners who have the expertise but have never turned it into content.
Most books use both. We start with whatever exists, work out what is missing, then interview to fill the gaps. Either way the book comes out sounding like you, because it is you, edited rather than invented.

Gather
You send us what exists. Audio, video, transcripts, notes, sermon outlines, slide decks. There is usually far more usable material than people expect. If there is nothing, we skip straight to interviews.
Find the argument
We read everything and come back with a proposed structure: what the book is actually about, what belongs in it, and what is missing.
Interview
Recorded sessions to build or complete the material. This is the part that turns a collection of talks into a book with a spine, and it is where most of the real value sits.
Shape and edit
Spoken language becomes written language without losing your voice. Structural edit, copy edit, proofread, and you review at three agreed points.
Publish
Cover, interior, Nielsen ISBN, print, ebook, hardback and worldwide distribution. Audiobook included, which is a natural fit when the source was your voice.

Books we have built this way
The Mind of God by Pastor Julius Adegbite, assembled from years of sermon recordings and released in an initial run of five hundred copies. What Manner of Spirit by Pastor Folarin Sanya, built from spoken teaching on character and faith. 52 Lessons of My 52 Years, taken from recordings to a published book in ten weeks, with forty copies bought by the congregation for the launch.
Transchribe inside the Authority Programme
Transchribe is also how the manuscript gets built on the Authority Programme. Same extraction process, same interviews, but with positioning work in front of it and a six-month campaign behind it.
The difference is what the book is for. Transchribe on its own gets the material out of your head and into print. The programme is for when the book has to bring back clients, fees or bookings.
